About the Retreat
Spring is a time of new life emerging. To celebrate the freshness of the season, our retreat will be designed to balance the creative/generative centers of the body according to the Chakra system. You can expect to stretch, strengthen, and groove your hips, invigorate your core, and use the vibration of your voice to clear any obstructions in your ability to freely express your creativity. Our retreat will be peaceful and playful, and together we'll form a special community experience sharing the gift of yoga and sharing ourselves with one another. Each day will include 1-2 yoga classes and an activity plus journal prompts will be offered around the class themes. The afternoons will be open for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery, the resort, and have any adventures you might like around the island. I highly recommend hiking Mt. Constitution and swimming in Mountain Lake!

Registration
Step One: Notify Alyssa of your preferred accommodation track and pay your $250 deposit via Zelle (alyssa@movewhole.com) or Check (Alyssa Franks, 7511 6th Ave NW, Apt. 6, Seattle, WA 98117)

Accommodation
Track A: Stay in the group Retreat House Cost for the entire retreat ranges from $649 for smaller beds in more common spaces to $980 for larger ones in more private spaces.

Track B: Book your housing seperately with Doe Bay. Get your 4th night free when you book for 3 nights! Cost for the entire retreat is $349.

Meals

Track A: The Retreat House (Track A) will have an optional dinner rotation sign up. You can participate in cooking one of your favorite meals for the group, and enjoy community dinners. Breakfast and lunch are DIY, there is a full kitchen available.

Track B: Plan to take care of your own food. There are great dining options around Orcas Island.
