About Alyssa

A fellow traveler...

My aim is to help people be the fullest version of themself, by removing some of the obstacles that get in the way. Sometimes our obstacles are held in physcial tension, sometimes in mental or emotional tension. Because we are whole, doing work to release one part of ourselves inevitably has a positive effect on the whole system. I think the body has a wisdom and honesty that leads to profound understanding beyond our thoughts and stories. I am passionate, analytical, playful and intuitive in the way I work with my clients. My goal in this lifetime is to learn to love what is, exactly as it really is without adding all the extra.
